2.4 Add the FrameMaker tags

Now we want to add the FrameMaker tags contained in the document to the main window. The Add All Frame Tags command reads the MIF file, finds all the paragraph and character tags, and adds them to the main window. The simple.MIF file contains four paragraph tags (Body, Bullet, Section, and Title) and two character tags (Code and TagName).

In the main window, choose WebMaker > Add All Frame Tags. Specify the file simple.MIF.
Select the Paragraph Rules view. The main window shows the paragraph tags from the document as well as the paragraph rules in the WML file.
Note that the paragraph tags from the file simple.MIF are marked as is undefined in the window. When a paragraph tag appears as is undefined, that means it is not mapped to a WML rule. You can make a web without defining the tags, but in this example, we do want to define the tags to use WML rules. For information on what happens when you try to make a web when there are undefined paragraph tags, see "Undefined elements" on page 38.
Select the Character Rules view. The main window shows the character tags from the document. Each character tag appears as is undefined.
